We are hiring three Catering Coordinators for a well-established industrial catering company in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position offers excellent salary packages and benefits. Candidates will be responsible for coordinating daily catering operations and ensuring smooth food service for industrial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring food service is efficient and meets client expectations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of meals and services.
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain inventory levels for food and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in food preparation and service.
- Report daily catering activities to management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in catering coordination, preferably in an industrial or large-scale setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing catering teams and liaising with suppliers.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
