We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architect BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of Qatar’s construction industry standards. This role involves creating, managing, and updating BIM models for various construction and engineering projects. The position is open to both full-time and freelance candidates, and salary is negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed BIM models for construction projects.
- Ensure that all models are aligned with Qatar’s construction codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project teams to deliver accurate models.
- Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support for the implementation of BIM software tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably within the Qatar construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s construction codes and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
