We are looking for a Food Runner/Busser to support our restaurant operations in Doha. This role involves delivering food quickly, assisting the waitstaff, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring guests have an excellent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Know all ingredients in the menu and deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Clean tables after guests leave and place dishes, glassware, and silverware in the correct areas.
• Prepare the dining area for guests by setting tables with condiments, candles, napkins, and utensils.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and the establishment.
• Maintain clean menus and replace damaged ones.
• Replenish utensils, refill water glasses, and ensure tables are always set for guests.
• Support wait staff by replenishing condiment stands and trash containers.
• Clean up after the shift, including sweeping floors and taking out trash.
• Participate in staff training to enhance job knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
• Good knowledge of food and dining etiquette.
• Well-groomed with a positive, friendly personality.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Locally available with a valid QID and Passport.
