Job Responsibilities
- Food Delivery: Serve food quickly and efficiently to guests, ensuring high service standards.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables after guests leave, remove tableware, and ensure proper cleaning and resetting.
- Dining Setup: Prepare dining area by cleaning tables, setting decorations, and arranging utensils, condiments, and napkins.
- Sanitation & Safety: Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to protect the establishment and guests.
- Menu Maintenance: Keep menus clean and replace damaged or soiled menus regularly.
- Support Service: Assist wait staff by replenishing condiments, trash liners, and bus stations as needed.
- Post-Service Cleaning: Clean chairs and tables, vacuum floors, and dispose of trash and recyclables after service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role in hospitality.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of food and beverage offerings.
- Personality: Well-groomed, with a pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Teamwork: Must be a team player, hard-working, and reliable.
- Guest Interaction: Ability to engage with guests and make them feel welcome.
