A well-established consultant office in Doha is urgently looking for a highly skilled Architect with Grade A qualifications. This position is ideal for candidates already located in Qatar and holding a valid QID. Applicants must also be open to transfer sponsorship (NOC required).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements and local building codes.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve project designs and construction work to ensure high standards and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Architectural Grade (A) qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a consultant office setting.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations in Qatar.
- Valid Qatari ID and a willingness to transfer sponsorship.
