We are seeking motivated Omani and Non-Omani Sales Women to join our electronics showroom for instore sales. This full-time position involves working in two shifts, providing excellent customer service while assisting shoppers in finding the right products.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating items and provide information about products.
- Check stock availability at other branches or place orders for requested items.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the register.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are in stock.
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
- Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store.
- Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Bring prior retail experience to enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in retail is preferred.
