Responsibilities
- Receptionist: Manage guest check-in and check-out, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Kitchen Stewards: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Waiters & Waitresses: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Chef de Partie: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes.
- Commis 1 & 2: Assist chefs in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene.
- Pastry/Bakery Chef: Create and bake pastries and desserts for guests.
- Housekeeping Room Boys/Cleaners: Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- General Technician: Handle maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel.
- Plumber: Perform plumbing installations and repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry for most positions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy environments.
- Specific qualifications may be required for certain roles (e.g., culinary certifications for chefs).
