Responsibilities

• Project Handling: Lead and manage projects to ensure they run smoothly.
• Site Management: Ensure quick progress on-site by coordinating tasks and labor.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports detailing site activities and progress.
• Quality Control: Monitor work to maintain high quality standards throughout the project.
• Labor Management: Effectively manage all labor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Understanding Drawings: Interpret and understand all shop drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and MEP plans.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project handling or coordination.
• Strong ability to manage site progress and labor.
• Knowledge of shop drawings, particularly in electrical, plumbing, and MEP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary

• Salary range is from 150 OMR to 250 OMR, depending on experience and qualifications.
