Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook shawarma and barbecue items as per the menu.
• Ensure food is cooked to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the cooking area.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations while preparing food.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in shawarma and barbeque grilling.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
