We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to manage our laundry and dry cleaning shop, including all related documentation. This full-time position is perfect for candidates with a strong background in laundry operations and excellent management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Management: Oversee daily operations of the laundry and dry cleaning shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Documentation: Handle all necessary documentation related to operations, including inventory and customer records.
• Machine Operation: Operate and maintain laundry machines such as presses, foam finishers, iron finishers, and dry cleaning machines.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various laundry machines and equipment.
• Personal Attributes: A positive attitude, smart appearance, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
