We are looking for a skilled and reliable Laundry & Dry Cleaning Attendant to join our team at Brilliant Cleaning Services in Al Khoudh, Muscat. This full-time role involves managing a busy laundry shop, operating various machines, and ensuring top-quality laundry services. If you have experience in laundry and dry cleaning, and enjoy working in a hands-on role, this could be the perfect job for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Management: Oversee daily operations of the laundry shop, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Laundry Services: Operate laundry equipment such as foam finishers, iron finishers, dry cleaning machines, and spot finishers with precision and care.
• Quality Control: Handle garments carefully, check for stains or damages, and ensure each item is cleaned to a high standard.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients politely, assist with orders, and handle basic computer tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar laundry or dry cleaning role, preferably in Oman.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating various laundry machines, and basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
• Language: Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage, though not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
