Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook, preferably in a Kerala cuisine restaurant.
