We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Oman. This role involves overseeing recruitment, managing payroll, and supervising our engineering and management staff. If you have a strong background in human resources and leadership, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to find and onboard talented employees for various departments.
  • Staff Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate engineering and management staff performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies to support company objectives and a positive workplace culture.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff concerns and manage employee relations to maintain a motivated workforce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience managing engineering and technical teams (preferred).
