We are seeking a highly experienced Fitout Supervisor to lead the execution of our interior and exterior design projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for overseeing the implementation of designs, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Applicants with a valid Omani driver’s license are encouraged to apply for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the execution of interior and exterior fitout projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that design specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to ensure smooth project flow.
• Address any issues or challenges on-site, ensuring the project progresses efficiently.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fitout Supervisor, with a strong background in interior/exterior design execution.
• Valid Omani driver’s license is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
