We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to lead the execution of our interior and exterior design projects. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who will oversee all aspects of fit-out work, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
• Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor in the construction or design industry.
• Valid Oman driving license is required.
• Strong understanding of interior and exterior design principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
