We are looking for an experienced Cook with a strong background in Arabic cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing traditional Arabic dishes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of authentic Arabic dishes.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality in food preparation.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Arabic cuisine cooking.
• Must be skilled in preparing traditional dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen setting is required.
• Preferably South Indian (Kerala & Tamil Nadu) or Sri Lankan Muslim candidates.
• Experience is a must.
