We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef with expertise in Arabic and Gulf cuisine to lead our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive culinary experience, a passion for high-quality food preparation, and a proven record of team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee a variety of Arabic dishes, appetizers, and salads.
  • Manage the entire kitchen team and ensure smooth operations across all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, including monitoring critical control points.
  • Coordinate food safety measures before, during, and after cooking.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in each dish, aligning with restaurant standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Arabic and Gulf cuisine, with a strong focus on traditional dishes.
  • Prior experience managing a kitchen team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Must be a current resident of Oman with a valid work permit.
  • Age limit: up to 40 years.
