We are actively seeking an experienced African barista, preferably from Uganda, with a strong background in coffee preparation and customer service. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about coffee and can contribute to a welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee beverages and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure that supplies are stocked.
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards in food handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a barista, preferably in a busy café setting.
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
