Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Oversee data entry, ensure data accuracy, and maintain structured data in company systems (eBeams, DIMS, Oracle, etc.).
- Office Administration: Assist in various office administration tasks including budgeting, planning, and material management.
- Software Support: Provide support and manage customized computer software, ensuring smooth integration with company systems.
- System Maintenance: Ensure all company software systems are running effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- University degree with at least 3 years of experience in data management and office systems, or
- Secondary school + 2 years diploma or certified course in computer operation, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Familiarity with company systems such as eBeams, DIMS, and Oracle.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
