Job Responsibilities
Secretary & Cashier
As a Secretary or Cashier, you will play an essential role in supporting the office’s daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include handling both office administration and financial tasks:
- Record Keeping & Filing
You will manage the daily filing of documents, including scanning inter-departmental documents after approval and maintaining both hard and soft copies. - Administrative Support
Provide essential support to staff by preparing memos, reports, letters, and emails. You will assist with business communication, take dictation, and handle office inquiries. - Confidentiality & Data Management
It’s crucial that you maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. You will also coordinate the office routine and ensure the effective distribution of incoming faxes and phone calls. - Office Supplies Management
You will be responsible for ordering office supplies on a monthly basis and notifying the Accounts department for necessary arrangements. - Communication
Attend to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
Sales Executives & Sales Account Manager
As a Sales Executive or Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for presenting and selling the company’s products, including safety outfits and tools, to existing and potential clients. You will handle relationships with major clients such as KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, KPC, and JOW. Your role will also require proactive planning and follow-ups with customers.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts. You will also develop and maintain sales materials to ensure that your product knowledge is up to date. - Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current clients while actively seeking new opportunities. You will focus on resolving customer concerns and meeting their needs. - Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and keep track of progress to meet sales targets. You will create detailed action plans to track your sales goals. - Market Research
Conduct research into market trends to ensure that GTC remains competitive and continues to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and skills:
Secretary & Cashier
- Education: A Degree, Diploma, or 10+2 qualification is required, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with business communication software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Sales Executives & Sales Account Manager
- Education: Graduate or Diploma/10+2 qualifications are required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience in Kuwait.
- Experience: You must have prior experience in sales within the local market, particularly in selling products such as safety equipment and tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is required, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for both positions.
- Client Management: Ability to work directly with high-profile clients such as KNPC and KOC and address client concerns efficiently.
