Key Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to our restaurant’s menu and standards. Ensure every dish is crafted with precision, taste, and aesthetic appeal.
  2. Station Management: Oversee your kitchen station, ensuring timely preparation and service. Maintain all food at high standards and help facilitate a smooth, organized kitchen workflow.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets quality, presentation, and portion standards. You’ll play a key role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  4. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory and ordering for your station. Keep all ingredients fresh, well-stocked, and properly stored to minimize waste and ensure quality.
  5. Staff Supervision: Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs. Share knowledge and oversee their tasks to build a strong, capable kitchen team.
  6. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols. Follow cleanliness and food safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
