2. Technician, Medical Equipment (No1) – (Valid driving license is an advantage, but if you do not have one, we will assist you in obtaining it).

Key Responsibilities:

Service Engineer, Medical Equipment:

• Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
• Provide technical support to clients, responding to service calls promptly.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with medical equipment, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Train healthcare professionals on the proper use of equipment.
• Maintain and update service records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their specific needs.
• Ensure all medical equipment meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Technician, Medical Equipment:

• Install and repair medical devices and equipment in healthcare settings.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with medical equipment.
• Support the service team in routine servicing of medical equipment.
• Update maintenance logs and ensure that all equipment is fully operational.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with sensitive medical machinery.
• Possibility of driving to various healthcare facilities for installations and servicing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing or working with medical equipment.
• Previous residency in Kuwait is required, as we are looking for candidates who are familiar with local regulations and healthcare systems.
• A valid driving license is an advantage for the technician role (if you don’t have one, we will help you obtain it).
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment, including its maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Kuwait residency and transferable visa are required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
