We are looking for a dedicated and reliable driver to join our team, working with the Careem application. You will be responsible for providing transportation services using a VIP luxury car provided by the company. This is a full-time role with 12-hour shifts and one day off per month. Responsibilities:
- Drive a VIP luxury car provided by the company for various transportation needs.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times.
- Work 12-hour shifts with one day off each month.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on duty.
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.
- Keep the vehicle clean and report any issues to the company for maintenance.
- Strive to meet daily targets to earn commission above the base salary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: 10th grade (Secondary school).
- Must have valid driving license (Local hire only, no 20 Visa applicants).
- Previous driving experience, especially with ride-sharing applications, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Kuwait’s roads and traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to meet targets and perform under pressure.
Benefits:
- Salary: 250 KWD per month, plus commission based on performance (commission is earned above the target).
