A well-established delivery company based in Abu Halifa, Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced supervisor to manage delivery drivers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising Talabat drivers and be familiar with the operations of delivery services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers.
• Ensure drivers follow the company’s delivery schedules and guidelines.
• Monitor driver performance and provide training as needed.
• Address customer complaints and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain records of deliveries and driver performance.
• Ensure all drivers are adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Experience as a Talabat drivers’ supervisor is a must.
• 18 visa transferable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
