We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us. As a key member of our HR team, you will help shape and enhance our organizational culture and ensure that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition to ensure we hire the best candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
- Handle performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their team needs and support them in HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR role (minimum of 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Kuwait’s labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
