We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us. Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition to ensure we hire the best candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Handle performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand their team needs and support them in HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR role (minimum of 3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Kuwait’s labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
