We are seeking Shipping Executives and Store Keepers to join our team at a leading accessories shop in Messila, Kuwait. If you have experience in shipping, inventory management, or storekeeping, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Shipping Executive:
- Oversee and manage the shipping and logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and organize shipping documentation (invoices, shipping labels, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and couriers to ensure smooth delivery and receiving processes.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal company procedures.
Store Keeper:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Organize and arrange merchandise in the store to ensure easy access and efficient storage.
- Perform regular stock checks and ensure that all items are well-maintained.
- Assist with order fulfillment and manage product returns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field (shipping, inventory management, or storekeeping).
- Knowledge of inventory control and shipping procedures.
- Ability to use basic computer systems and software for record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
