Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Shawarma and Shawai to meet restaurant standards.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food prepared.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

• Assist with inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing Shawarma and Shawai (preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene.
• Previous experience in a restaurant environment is a plus.
