We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in Hawally, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) clients, and handling B2B sales. You should have a strong background in business development, budget management, forecasting, P&L (Profit and Loss), and operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and B2B clients.
- Oversee operations and ensure the smooth running of supply chain processes.
- Lead business development initiatives to drive new opportunities and increase sales.
- Manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure P&L targets are met.
- Work closely with the team to forecast sales, plan marketing strategies, and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership in managing HORECA accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and efficient supply chain management from order to delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior sales and operations role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong experience handling key accounts, HORECA, and B2B clients.
- Proven ability in business development, budget management, forecasting, and P&L.
- Experience in operations management and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
