We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the entire procurement process for our organization. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of procurement strategies, supplier management, and cost reduction practices. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards in the procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete procurement process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, from requisition to receipt of goods or services.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies focused on reducing costs and increasing efficiency, including supplier consolidation and bulk purchasing.
• Manage the supplier selection process by conducting thorough assessments to ensure reliability, quality, and financial stability of suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement to meet operational needs.
• Implement and maintain procurement management systems to streamline processes and enhance data visibility and reporting.
• Resolve disputes with suppliers related to delivery, product quality, or contract compliance, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
• Conduct periodic reviews of procurement policies and procedures, recommending improvements to align with industry standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in procurement management or a related role.
• Transferable visa (Article 18).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in procurement management software and systems.
