Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage schedules and tasks effectively
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently in a demanding environment
- Assist in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflows
- Continue learning and growing professionally and personally
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken), Arabic is a plus
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- A valid driving license is preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
