We are looking for an experienced Emergency Support Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing emergency lines, hotline services, and providing helpdesk support. Responsibilities:
- Handle emergency hotline calls and assist with urgent support needs
- Provide helpdesk support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Operate portable radios and other communication equipment effectively
- Ensure all emergency service operations are functioning smoothly
- Maintain records of all emergency calls and incidents
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate responses and services
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary school education plus 1-year training in computer systems
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role with expertise in handling hotline services, emergency lines, helpdesk, and portable radios
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
- Additional Training: Trained in supporting emergency and service operations
- Visa: Transferable visa (Article 18)
