Responsibilities:

As the Operation Assistant, your primary duties will include the following:

  • Subscription Tracking:
    You will be responsible for managing and keeping track of customer subscriptions, ensuring renewals and changes are processed in a timely manner. You will also handle any subscription-related inquiries to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management:
