We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Filipina sales lady to join our chocolate company in Sharq, Kuwait. The role involves promoting and selling our premium chocolate products to customers and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell various chocolate products to customers.
- Provide detailed information about the products, including features and benefits.
- Maintain the display area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and attractive.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in increasing company revenue.
- Process customer transactions and manage cash registers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
Qualifications:
- Filipina nationality (preferred).
- Previous sales experience in retail or food products (especially chocolates) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and able to work in a team.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Residing in Kuwait with a valid visa (transferable visa).
- Must be available to start immediately.
