Responsibilities:
As a full-time employee in our electrical company, your main duties will include:
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Process customer requests for products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Invoice Generation:
- Create and manage electronically generated invoices for customers using the company’s software system.
- Ensure all invoicing details are accurate, including customer information, product details, and service charges.
- Maintain an organized record of all invoices for tracking purposes.
- Basic Accounting Tasks:
- Assist in basic accounting duties such as keeping track of transactions, managing petty cash, and helping with bookkeeping.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Report to senior management on financial status and work closely with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Office Administration:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Handle daily office operations, including answering calls, filing documents, and maintaining records.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to meet company goals and customer satisfaction standards.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should have the following:
- Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Arabic is a must for effective communication with customers and internal team members.
- Good command of English is also required for basic communication and report generation.
- Skills & Experience:
- Ability to use a computer and handle basic office software.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electrical industry, is highly appreciated.
- Basic accounting skills and familiarity with invoicing software or systems.
- Experience in managing customer interactions, including resolving inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
