We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have experience in the elevator field and hold the necessary NOC or approval from the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE). This is a full-time position with an attractive salary and a chance to work on challenging and exciting projects in the mechanical engineering sector.
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain elevator systems and components.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of elevator systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to elevator systems.
- Ensure all mechanical equipment is functioning optimally and safely.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project specifications are met on time.
- Provide technical support and guidance for other engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the elevator field in Kuwait.
- Valid NOC or approval from the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid work permit in Kuwait.
