Responsibilities for Each Role

  1. North Indian Cook:
  • Prepare a wide variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, breads (naan, paratha), and other regional specialties.
  • Ensure the quality of food meets the standards of the restaurant.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Ensure the proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
  1. South Indian Cook:
  • Prepare popular South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, and chutneys.
  • Follow recipes and maintain food consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  1. Tandoor Cook:
  • Operate the tandoor and cook traditional tandoori dishes like kebabs, naans, and tandoori meats.
  • Prepare marinations and manage tandoor temperature for optimal cooking.
  • Ensure that food is cooked to perfection and served on time.
  1. Snacks and Chat Maker:
  • Prepare popular Indian street snacks and chaat dishes like pani puri, bhel puri, and samosas.
  • Ensure quick preparation and presentation for customers.
