Our company is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic Call Center Agent to join our team in Kuwait City. This role is exclusively for ladies with Arab nationality preferred, and bilingual candidates (Arabic and English) will be given priority. Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Provide Information: Offer clear, accurate, and timely information regarding company products, services, or issues.
- Record Keeping: Log all customer interactions, issues, and outcomes into the system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
