We are seeking an experienced IT Auditor to join a reputable company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT audit, risk management, and experience with IT service management frameworks such as ISO20000, ISO27001, and ITIL. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit test plans to assess IT systems and processes.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and provide solutions for complex issues.
- Identify risks and assess controls within the IT department.
- Document audit findings and make recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate computer systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Participate in technology audits and review technology projects.
- Maintain and revise compliance programs to meet industry standards.
- Offer insights and advice to enhance internal controls and risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in any IT domain.
- Proven experience in IT Service Desk or IT Helpdesk roles.
- Strong documentation experience.
- ISO20000, ISO27001, or ITIL framework experience and certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
