We are a well-established Indian restaurant located in Farwaniya, Kuwait, seeking skilled and experienced staff for various positions to join our team. We are hiring for the following positions:

  2. Parota & Dosa Maker
  3. Tea & Snacks Maker

  5. Samosa, Kachori & Pani Puri Maker

Responsibilities:

  1. Chef:
    • Prepare and cook Indian dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
    • Ensure the kitchen area is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
    • Assist in menu planning and development by providing feedback on new dishes and ideas.
    • Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
    • Ensure that all food items are cooked and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  2. Parota & Dosa Maker:
    • Specialize in preparing and cooking Parotas, Dosas, and other Indian breads.
    • Ensure the quality and taste of these items meet restaurant standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station.
    • Work efficiently to meet customer orders and ensure timely service.
  3. Tea & Snacks Maker:
    • Prepare a variety of tea options and traditional snacks.
    • Ensure that the food items are made to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
    • Keep the snack station clean and organized, ready for service.
  4. Shawarma & Grill Chef:
    • Prepare Shawarma, kebabs, and grilled items, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
    • Manage grill stations effectively and maintain food hygiene.
    • Follow proper cooking techniques to ensure food safety and quality.
  5. Samosa, Kachori & Pani Puri Maker:
    • Prepare and cook various types of Indian snacks such as samosas, kachoris, and pani puris.
    • Ensure the snacks are prepared fresh, maintaining both taste and presentation.
    • Keep the preparation area organized and clean.
  6. Waitress:
    • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
    • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
    • Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience by addressing their needs and providing excellent service.
    • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist in the preparation of table settings.

Qualifications:

  1. Chef, Parota & Dosa Maker, Shawarma & Grill Chef, Samosa, Kachori & Pani Puri Maker:
    • Proven experience in preparing Indian cuisine, especially in the specific areas mentioned above.
    • Familiarity with Indian cooking methods and recipes.
    • Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Waitress:
    • Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and the team.
    • Friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
