The key responsibilities of the Helper Staff will include:

2. Customer Interaction:
   • On occasion, you may be required to interact with garage owners or customers to confirm delivery details or provide information about the products being delivered. Clear communication in Hindi is essential for this task.
3. Shop Assistance:
   • You will be assisting with basic tasks around the shop, including organizing materials, helping the staff when needed, and making sure the work environment stays clean and organized.
4. Maintaining Records:
   • Keep basic records of deliveries, noting any discrepancies or issues encountered during the delivery process. Ability to read and write in basic English will be needed to document this information.
5. Work Hours:
