Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Lady in our retail store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to maintain a positive shopping environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the key responsibilities you will take on:
- Customer Service & Product Assistance: Assist customers by helping them select products, answering questions, and providing expert advice about product features, sizes, and styles.
- Taking Measurements: Accurately take customers’ measurements and coordinate with the tailor for customization, ensuring proper fit for all sizes.
- Point of Sale (POS) System: Handle transactions using the POS system, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and tidy store environment. Ensure product displays are visually appealing and products are well-stocked.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Sales Goals: Assist in achieving sales targets by recommending products and promoting store offers, ensuring the store’s sales performance meets the brand’s standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in retail, preferably with well-known retail brands. Experience in fashion or apparel retail is a plus.
- Age: Candidates should be between 25 to 35 years old.
- Visa: We are accepting Visa 18 Ahli (local transfers) and prefer candidates who can join immediately.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to take accurate measurements and work closely with the tailoring team to ensure a perfect fit for customers.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling transactions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain an organized and clean store environment.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
