Job Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, making them feel at ease in the restaurant or resort setting.
- Taking Orders: Listen carefully to guests’ orders, suggest items from the menu, and relay those orders to the kitchen or bar team accurately and efficiently.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Actively promote menu items, encourage customers to try new dishes, beverages, or desserts, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Serving Food & Beverages: Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring all orders are correct and presented neatly.
- Customer Service: Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times, attending to guests’ needs promptly and offering assistance whenever required.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized by clearing tables promptly and setting up new ones for incoming guests.

Qualifications

- Visa: Only candidates with Visa 18 Ahli (transferable visa) will be accepted. Immediate joiners are preferred.
