Key Responsibilities:

As the IBM FileNet and ECM Applications Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Application Support & Maintenance:
   • Provide support and maintenance for IBM FileNet and ECM applications to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
2. Development & Integration:
   • Develop and test applications within the IBM FileNet and ECM framework, ensuring they meet performance, functionality, and security standards.
   • Integrate IBM FileNet with third-party applications using stored procedures and web services, enabling seamless communication and data flow across systems.
3. Configuration & Plugin Development:
   • Hands-on experience with configuring and developing plugins for Content Navigator, a key component of IBM FileNet, to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
   • Customize the Content Navigator to meet the organization’s unique requirements and workflow needs.
4. Troubleshooting & Debugging:
   • Investigate and debug issues related to IBM FileNet applications, ensuring quick resolution of technical problems to avoid disruption.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are integrated and operational without glitches.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
   • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve application functionality and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:

• Experience Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet and ECM applications support.
  • Solid experience with developing, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging applications within the IBM FileNet environment.
  • Experience in integrating FileNet with third-party applications using stored procedures and web services is required.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and developing Content Navigator plugins.
• Skills & Knowledge:
