Key Responsibilities:
- Hostess:
- Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and guide them to their tables.
- Customer Service: Answer inquiries, make guests feel comfortable, and set a positive tone for the dining experience.
- Table Management: Oversee table arrangements, track occupancy, and ensure guests are seated efficiently to maximize service.
- Waitress:
- Order Taking & Service: Take food and drink orders accurately, serve dishes promptly, and manage customer needs during service.
- Upselling & Product Knowledge: Recommend dishes or specials, answer questions about the menu, and upsell where possible.

- Commis Chef:
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and cooking dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
