Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the hospital.
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to promote a positive environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or administration within a hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must hold an 18# transferable visa.
