We are urgently seeking experienced Baristas to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and customer service, and you meet the qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage cash register and process payments efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring coffee beans and other supplies are stocked and available.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or cafe.
- Visa Requirement: Only candidates with transferable visas (18 or 22) will be considered.
- Skills:
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
