We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Odoo software and Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of financial processes and inventory management. Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile daily sales reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Perform monthly closings and prepare detailed monthly financial statements.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts regularly.
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable functions efficiently.
- Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.
- Oversee the tracking of inventory, including physical audits and managing internal transfers.
- Customize and optimize workflows using Odoo software for smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in using Odoo software, with a deep understanding of its modules, customization, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient data management and reporting.
- Proven experience in accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
- Age range: 25-40 years.
