Responsibilities

  • Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls and other communications efficiently.
  • Record Information: Accurately record information and update necessary documents.
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist them as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update paperwork, utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • Communication Skills: A warm personality with excellent communication skills, especially in Hindi.
