We are looking for a professional and efficient Female Secretary to join our reputable company in Abbasiya, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Office and be fluent in both English and Arabic. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office
- Handle phone calls and emails in both English and Arabic
- Organize meetings and assist with office management tasks
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience: Prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is a plus
