Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Provide timely support and resolve any customer issues related to deliveries, shipments, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Qualifications:
- Filipino or Arabic nationality only.
- 18-number transferable visa required.
- Must have previous experience in call center or customer care roles.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
